Major changes in Sakai 11
Interface Redesign
Sakai 11 has a completely new look-and-feel, designed to display well on mobile devices. This is definitely the biggest change!
- After logging in to Sakai 11, you'll click on a new Sites button to access your courses.
- On the Sites menu, you can mark any site as a "favorite" by clicking on the star next to the site title. Your "favorite" sites always appear along the top bar for quick access.
- Within a course site, few things have moved around:
- The Publish button is now front and center.
- Controls to "view site as student" are on the left, at the top of the course menu.
- The top button on the course menu is now labeled "Overview". (Previously, it was labeled "Home".)
