The Web is Us/ing Us Could be good intro to Web 2.0. A snazzy video by Michael Wesch, Assistant Professor of Cultural Anthropology at Kansas State University. Talks about evolution from HTML to XML, how separation of form from content led to Web 2.0 (really?), and shows several Web 2.0 technologies... wikis, rss, blogs, etc.
The Battle Between Web 2.0 and the Classroom A really short (and recent, 6/18/08) article from the Chronicle of Higher Ed, predicting the demise of LMSs as a result of Web 2.0. Comments posted are a good example of Web 2.0!
