Minimum computer requirements

  • Hardware: You must use a laptop or desktop; right now, you can't use tablets or smartphones
  • Software: You must have the latest Adobe Flash Player installed. Here's the Adobe Flash Player download link
    • If presenting: use the latest version of Google Chrome (You may have issues downloading/uploading presentation files with Mozilla Firefox)
    • You may need to setup Adobe Flash Player for Google Chrome: Here's Chrome's Flash Set-up tips.
  • Audio: If you're going to talk during the meeting, use a headset, otherwise you can just "listen" and use the chat area to post questions
  • When you join a meeting:
    • Web Browser permission: Meetings will prompt you to give your browser permission to get to your meeting.
    • Audio Set up: Meetings will allow you to test your audio and choose your microphone (if you have one).

Instructors (Presenters and Moderators) only

  • Instructors ( Presenters and Moderators) have the same computer requirements as students, with the following additions if sharing a desktop:
