VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: Getting Oriented to Meetings Let's take a look at what we have available. If you look at -- see, one of the first things I'm going to do is start the recording. So that's at the very top. It's easy to forget. So I'm going to do that first. Yes, I want to start the recording. And now I see a red button and the time. Okay. Let's go to the bottom. You can see that there's a little microphone and that it's kind of pulsing. That means it's recording everything I'm saying. Also, there's a Leave Audio button, which is a little phone. If I have problems with audio, I can click on it and reconnect. We could also show a webcam to our students. And we can share our screen, which we'll get to later. What else do we have here? From left to right, we have Messages. Public Chat is displayed where we can welcome our students. I'll just type in 'Hi students'. And then I could share some notes. And you can see that I have users that are adding right now. They're joining my session with me. I have a square icon, and my name is Rachel Techsmith, and it lets me know that's you...me! And there's two students who have joined and they have round icons that start with their first two initials of their first name. Let's see what else we have. We also have a little plus button at the bottom which we'll do a few actions with. And on the top right we have the area where we can log out and end the meeting.
